NORM DE GREVE
GLOBAL CHIEF MARKETING OFFICER, GENERAL MOTORS

Norm de Greve was appointed senior vice president and chief marketing officer in July 2023.

As GM’s global chief marketing officer, Norm will lead GM’s marketing efforts during a critical period of transformation. It is a shift from a reliance on traditional marketing, creating a marketing and messaging strategy that drives GM’s leadership position in electrification and autonomous driving and builds demand for our soon-to-launch electric vehicle models and top selling trucks and SUVs in today’s competitive market.

De Greve joined GM from CVS Health, where he served as chief marketing officer from 2015-2023. Prior to joining CVS Health, de Greve worked at digital marketing firm Digitas in a variety of positions from 2001-2014, including serving as president of the Boston and Detroit offices, where he spent multiple years working to advance digital marketing for GM. He spent the first decade of his career in investment management and management consulting.

De Greve has been recognized by Fast Company as one of the Most Creative People in Business, by Business Insider as one of the Most Innovative CMOs in The World and he has also earned an Emmy Award.


De Greve graduated with a bachelor’s degree in economics from Ithaca College and an MBA with honors from the University of Chicago Graduate School of Business.


LISA MATERAZZO
GLOBAL CHIEF MARKETING OFFICER, FORD MOTOR COMPANY
Lisa Materazzo joined Ford in September 2023 as global chief marketing officer, reporting to President and CEO Jim Farley. 

Materazzo leads advanced product planning and marketing activities across all three customer-centered business groups: Ford Blue, Ford Model e and Ford Pro. She also oversees Ford Performance, the company's high-performance motorsports and racing division, and the Lincoln luxury-vehicle business. Prior to coming to Ford, Materazzo was group vice president, Toyota Marketing - the top North America marketing executive at that company, where she spent 20 years over two tours. She led disciplines including market planning, advertising, digital platforms, experiential marketing, motorsports and the Toyota Dealer Association. 

On Materazzo's watch, Media Post in 2023 recognized Toyota as "Automotive Marketer of the Year" for its strategic consistency and innovation in the midst of market disruption. She championed consolidation of customer communications across the enterprise to create a seamless, connected experience. Additionally, Materazzo helped the company use award-winning approaches to increase its appeal to African-, Hispaic- and Asian-American customers. 

Materazzo led marketing for Toyota's Lexus and Scion brands during pivotal periods in their expansions. Earlier in her career, Materazzo directed automotive marketing for AOL/Verizon. 

Materazzo's passion for automobiles and motorsports traces to her growing up in Upstate New York, near the famed Watkins Glen International Raceway. She learned to drive in a 1981 Ford Mustang Cobra. She is a graduate of Binghamton University in Binghamton, N.Y.; from which she holds bachelor's and master's degrees in marketing. 


LUCY MCLELLAN
SVP, GLOBAL MARKETING & COMMUNICATIONS, JEEP BRAND

Lucy McLellan, appointed SVP of Global Jeep Marketing & Communications in February 2022, reports to Jeep Brand CEO Antonio Filosa.

 

McLellan is responsible for the expansion and globalization of the Jeep® brand across six regions and over 140 markets – developing the marketing strategy during the most transformative time for the brand as it evolves with the application of electrification and advanced technologies. 

 

McLellan recently led the Jeep brand's team's global marketing and communications efforts for its 2023 Super Bowl commercial, "Electric Boogie." The spot, which put a spotlight on the Wrangler 4xe and Grand Cherokee 4xe, the top two best-selling PHEVs in the U.S, was named by the Associated Press as “one of the year's best Super Bowl commercials.” Additional accolades include the PR News “Media Event of the Year” for “Jeep 4xe Day” in 2022.

 

McLellan relocated to the U.S. from Australia in 2022, where she was the VP of Communications – Asia Pacific & China for all Stellantis brands and previously, Head of Jeep Marketing, Public Relations, and Customer Experience for the Asia Pacific Region. McLellan joined Stellantis (previously FCA) in 2012. Prior to Stellantis, McLellan worked at the BMW Group in Australia in product and public relations roles.


RACHAEL ZALUZEC
CHIEF MARKETING OFFICER & SVP, CUSTOMER EXPERIENCE & BRAND MARKETING, VOLKSWAGEN OF AMERICA

Zaluzec studied Telecommunications Management at Ball State University and holds an MBA from Capella University.

In 2008, she began her direct tenure at Volkswagen in Human Resources in Herndon, Virginia. She soon transitioned to a role leading Group Customer Relations, based in Auburn Hills, Michigan, where the majority of Volkswagen’s customer-facing functions are located.

Over the course of the next 12 years, Zaluzec took on roles of increasing responsibility in the areas of Customer Support and Management, CRM, Loyalty, Customer Journey Development, Customer Data Governance and Customer Digital Strategy.

In January 2023, Zaluzec was appointed to Chief Marketing Officer & SVP Customer Experience & Brand Marketing for Volkswagen of America.

  1. WHERE AND WHEN IS THIS EVENT?
    This event will take place on Tuesday, April 16th at the M1 Concourse (located at 45399 Woodward Ave., Pontiac MI).

    Doors will open promptly at 5:00PM.

    5:00 PM // Doors Open
    5:00 PM - 6:00PM // Welcome Reception
    *Bar closes at 6:00 and will remain closed during program*
    6:00 PM - 7:30 PM // Program
    7:30 PM - 8:30 PM // Afterglow Reception
    8:30 PM // Event ends 

    Attendee information will be emailed out to all sponsor "Captains" prior to the event.

  2. PARKING & ARRIVAL 
    Complimentary parking is provided in the M1 Concourse parking lot.

    Guests should enter off the Woodward Avenue entrance, Gate 1(off Woodward, across from Avon Donuts).

    Please note we are anticipating 400+ guests and there is limited parking in the main parking lot. M1 staff will be on-site to help direct traffic to their special events overflow parking lot (South Lot) as needed - but please be advised this lot is a short walk (approx. 5-10 minutes) from the main entrance. 


    All guests must enter the venue through the main entrance (look for the Adcraft flags). Upon entering, please proceed to the designated check-in tables.

    If you are using a ride-share service please make sure to use the 45399 Woodward Ave., Pontiac, MI. address (do not just type in "M1 Concourse" as that will direct you to a different gate at the venue that will not be open during special events.)


  3. HOW DO I FIND MY INDIVIDUAL SEAT?
    Seating is theater-style (no tables). Special reserved seating for all sponsors will be clearly marked. Please look for your company name designating your reserved row of seats.

    Adcraft volunteers will also be available to help you find your seat.

  4. FOOD & BEVERAGE
    Guests will enjoy passed appetizers during the Welcome Reception (served between 5:00pm-6:00pm) and Afterglow (7:30pm-8:30pm).  
    GF and Vegetarian food options will be available. 

    This is a 21+ event. All guests must have a valid ID as you may be asked by M1 staff to present it.

  5. IS THERE A COAT CHECK?
    Yes, complimentary coat check is available for all guests. The coat check will be located near the front entrance of the venue.

    Adcraft/M1 Concourse is not responsible for lost or stolen items.

  8. *EACH PERSON MUST HAVE A TICKET FOR ENTRY**

    Please remember to either print and bring your ticket(s) to the event or have them saved to your mobile phone for entry. 
    Please note that each ticket has its own QR code which we will be scanning at the door. 

    *DO NOT TRY TO SCAN YOUR QR CODE WITH YOUR MOBILE PHONE FOR TESTING, WE HAVE SPECIAL SCANNERS/APPLICATIONS THAT WORK SPECIFICALLY WITH OUR TICKETS*

  9. I NEVER RECEIVED MY TICKET, WHERE IS IT?
    All tickets will be sent to each sponsor's designated point of contact, or  "Captain" for distribution 4-weeks prior to the event date. Please be sure to reach out to your Sponsor Captain for your ticket first. 

    Please be sure to check your email - and junk mail folders - for your ticket details. All order confirmations are sent from Universe (TicketMaster) with the tickets also included in pdf format. 

    **ATTENTION SPONSOR CAPTAINS**
    We ask that you kindly share this FAQ page and remind your guests to bring their tickets (we do not have a guest list for this event) -- EACH PERSON MUST HAVE A TICKET FOR ENTRY.

    If you still cannot locate your ticket then please send an email to Adcraft Event Manager, Debbie Abdelnour (dabdelnour@adcraft.org) and Adcraft Marketing Coordinator, Avery Johnson (ajohnson@adcraft.org) for assistance no later than Thursday, April 11th.

  10.  I AM THE SPONSOR CAPTAIN, BUT ALL THE TICKETS ARE IN MY NAME,  DO I NEED TO CHANGE THE NAME ON EACH TICKET TO MY GUEST NAME? IS IT POSSIBLE FOR ME TO EDIT THE NAME ON EACH TICKET? 

    Each ticket has it's own QR code which we will be scanning at the door so there is no need to change each individual ticket out of the sponsors name to your guest name - your guests will still be able to enter the event with a ticket in your name.

    However, if you prefer to change out the name on each ticket, YES, you can edit each individual ticket name at any time. To edit ticket info:

    LOG IN TO THE UNIVERSE TICKETING PLATFORM
    MOBILE DEVICE // Simply scroll past your ticket QR codes and you will see “Need to view your tickets,” click the “Confirm Your Account” blue button.
    DESKTOP// Scroll down to the very bottom of the email to the very small “log in” text. Click “log in” and log into your Universe account. 

    You will be prompted to log in (or sign up if you haven’t logged in before – but be sure to use the same email that was used to send your tickets).

    ONCE YOU’RE LOGGED IN
    Once logged in, in the upper right corner select “My Tickets” from the drop-down menu.

    On the “My Tickets” page you should see all the tickets in your order – use the “More” button on the right to edit your guest information next to each individual ticket.

    NOTE: 
    This does not automatically send your guest the ticket, it simply edits the information under your account. You will still have control to distribute the tickets.
