- WHERE AND WHEN IS THIS EVENT?
This event will take place on Thursday, June 13th at the Gem Theatre (located at 333 Madison St., Detroit, MI 48226).
Doors will open promptly at 6PM.
6:00 PM // Doors Open
6:50 PM // Program seating begins
*Bar closes at 6:50 for program seating, bar will re-open at 7:15PM*
7:00 PM - 8:00 PM // Award Ceremony
8:00 PM - 10:00 PM // D Show Afterglow Celebration
10:00 PM // Event ends
Attendee information will be emailed out to all registrants prior to the event.
- HOW CAN I PURCHASE A TABLE/TICKET?
We have a limited number of General Admission tickets available. Tickets are available in advance and online only - NO DOOR SALES. You can purchase a General Admission ticket through our ticketing site, here.
There is NO assigned seating for General Admission tickets. Seating is first come first served. The earlier you arrive the better your seat, when the upstairs theatre seating is at capacity General Admission ticket holders will be directed to standing room only.

Please remember to either print and bring your ticket(s) to the event or have them saved to your mobile phone for entry.
Please note that each ticket has its own QR code which we will be scanning at the door.
**DO NOT TRY TO SCAN YOUR QR CODE WITH YOUR MOBILE PHONE FOR TESTING, WE HAVE SPECIAL SCANNERS/APPLICATIONS THAT WORK SPECIFICALLY WITH OUR TICKETS**
- I PURCHASED A TABLE/TICKET BUT NEVER RECEIVED MY TICKET, WHERE IS IT?
Please be sure to check your email -
and junk mail folders - for your ticket details. All order confirmations are sent from Universe with the tickets also included in pdf format.
**ATTENTION SPONSORS & REGISTRANTS THAT SECURED A TABLE (OR MULTIPLE TICKETS)**
We ask that you kindly share this FAQ page and remind your guests to bring their tickets (we do not have a guest list for this event) --
EACH PERSON MUST HAVE A TICKET FOR ENTRY.
All sponsor table tickets will be sent to the sponsor's designated "Table Captain" for distribution 2-weeks prior to the event. Please be sure to reach out to your Table Captain for your ticket first.

I PURCHASED MULTIPLE TICKETS IN MY NAME, DO I NEED TO CHANGE THE NAME ON EACH TICKET TO MY GUEST NAME? IS IT POSSIBLE FOR ME TO EDIT THE NAME ON EACH TICKET?
Each ticket has it's own QR code which we will be scanning at the door so there is no need to change each individual ticket out of the buyers name to your guest name - your guests will still be able to enter the event with a ticket in your name.
However, if you prefer to change out the name on each ticket, YES, you can edit each individual ticket name at any time. To edit ticket info:
LOG IN TO THE UNIVERSE TICKETING PLATFORM
MOBILE DEVICE // Simply scroll past your ticket QR codes and you will see “Need to view your tickets,” click the “Confirm Your Account” blue button
DESKTOP// Scroll down to the very bottom of the email to the very small “log in” text. Click “log in” and log into your Universe account
You will be prompted to log in (or sign up if you haven’t logged in before – but be sure to use the same email used to purchase your tickets)
ONCE YOU’RE LOGGED IN
Once logged in, in the upper right corner select “My Tickets” from the drop-down menu
On the “My Tickets” page you should see all the tickets you purchased – use the “More” button on the right to edit your guest information next to each individual ticket.
NOTE: This does not automatically send your guest the ticket, it simply edits the information under your account. You will still have control to distribute the tickets.
- FOOD & BEVERAGE
Guests will enjoy passed appetizers during the pre-ceremony reception, followed by passed apps and slider bar during the afterglow.
This is a 21+ event. All guests must have a valid ID as you may be asked by the Gem Theatre staff to present it.
- IS THERE A COAT CHECK?
There will not be a coach check. We hope that with the summer season upon us we'll be enjoying a beautiful summer evening - no coats needed.
Adcraft/Gem Theatre is not responsible for lost or stolen items.
- ARRIVAL AND SECURITY CHECKS
All guests must enter the venue through the designated check-in door for ticket scanning. You will need your Universe ticket on your mobile device (or printed ticket) to gain entry. Adcraft volunteers will be available to assist you in finding your table/seat.
- HOW DO I FIND MY TABLE/INDIVIDUAL SEAT?
INDIVIDUAL TICKET HOLDERS: If you purchased an individual ticket, seating is on a first come first serve basis in the designated area upstairs.
RESERVED TABLES: Special reserved seating on the main floor and mezzanine areas will be reserved for sponsors and partners that purchased tables. Please look for your company name and table number on each table. Adcraft volunteers will also be available to help you find your table/seat.

IS THERE A DRESS CODE? WHAT SHOULD I WEAR?
Dress to impress and celebrate. Bring on the razzle-dazzle, creative cocktail attire.
