  1. WHERE AND WHEN IS THIS EVENT?
    This event will take place on Tuesday, March 21st at Ford Field (located at 2000 Brush St., Detroit, MI 48226). 

    Doors will open promptly at 5PM (doors will not open prior to 5PM).

    5:00 PM // Doors Open & Welcome Reception 
    5:50 PM // Program seating begins
    *Bar closes  at 5:50 and will remain closed during program*
    6:00 PM - 8:00 PM // Program
    8:00 PM - 9:00 PM // Afterglow Reception
    9:00 PM // Event ends 

    Attendee information was emailed out to all registrants - if you did not receive an email you can view the attendee instructions can be found here.

  2. HOW CAN I PURCHASE A TABLE/TICKET?
    Due to the overwhelming amount of interest and support from the Adcraft community THIS EVENT IS SOLD OUT.

    The waitlist is now closed (as of 3.9.23). All guests that were able to secure a seat have been contacted. Thank you for your patience and understanding.

  3. TICKET INFORMATION
    1. **EACH PERSON MUST HAVE A TICKET FOR ENTRY**

      Please remember to either print and bring your ticket(s) to the event or have them saved to your mobile phone for entry.

      Please note that each ticket has its own QR code which we will be scanning at the door. 
      **DO NOT TRY TO SCAN YOUR QR CODE WITH YOUR MOBILE PHONE FOR TESTING, WE HAVE SPECIAL SCANNERS/APPLICATIONS THAT WORK SPECIFICALLY WITH OUR TICKETS**

    2. I PURCHASED A TABLE/TICKET BUT NEVER RECEIVED MY TICKET, WHERE IS IT? 
      Please be sure to check your email - and junk mail folders - for your ticket details. All order confirmations are sent from Universe (TicketMaster) with the tickets also included in pdf format. 

      **ATTENTION SPONSORS & REGISTRANTS THAT SECURED A TABLE (OR MULTIPLE TICKETS)**
      We ask that you kindly share this FAQ page and remind your guests to bring their tickets (we do not have a guest list for this event) -- EACH PERSON MUST HAVE A TICKET FOR ENTRY.

      All table tickets were sent to the sponsor's designated "Table Captain" for distribution. Please be sure to reach out to your Table Captain for your ticket first. 

      If you still cannot locate your ticket then please send an email to Adcraft Event Manager, Debbie Abdelnour (dabdelnour@adcraft.org) and Adcraft Marketing Coordinator, Avery Johnson (ajohnson@adcraft.org) for assistance no later than Friday, March 17th.

    3. I PURCHASED MULTIPLE TICKETS IN MY NAME, DO I NEED TO CHANGE THE NAME ON EACH TICKET TO MY GUEST NAME? IS IT POSSIBLE FOR ME TO EDIT THE NAME ON EACH TICKET?

      Each ticket has it's own QR code which we will be scanning at the door so there is no need to change each individual ticket out of the buyers name to your guest name - your guests will still be able to enter the event with a ticket in your name.

      However, if you prefer to change out the name on each ticket, YES, you can edit each individual ticket name at any time. To edit ticket info:

      LOG IN TO THE UNIVERSE TICKETING PLATFORM

      MOBILE DEVICE // Simply scroll past your ticket QR codes and you will see “Need to view your tickets,” click the “Confirm Your Account” blue button
      DESKTOP// Scroll down to the very bottom of the email to the very small “log in” text. Click “log in” and log into your Universe account

      You will be prompted to log in (or sign up if you haven’t logged in before – but be sure to use the same email used to purchase your tickets)

      ONCE YOU’RE LOGGED IN
      Once logged in, in the upper right corner select “My Tickets” from the drop-down menu
      On the “My Tickets” page you should see all the tickets you purchased – use the “More” button on the right to edit your guest information next to each individual ticket.

      NOTE: This does not automatically send your guest the ticket, it simply edits the information under your account. You will still have control to distribute the tickets.

  4. IS THIS EVENT ONLY FOR WOMEN?
    This event is fully inclusive of all and everyone! We are celebrating the women leaders in our city, but we invite the full Adcraft community to celebrate! 

  5. FOOD & BEVERAGE

    Guests will enjoy a strolling supper. Past appetizers and food stations will be served at two times: Between 5pm - 6pm & 8pm - 9pm. 

    This is a 21+ event. All guests must have a valid ID as you may be asked by Ford Field staff to present it.

  6. ARE BAGS ALLOWED?
    NFL purse restrictions are NOT in effect. Please avoid bringing work bags and luggage, there is not storage for these items.
    Adcraft /Ford Field is not responsible for lost or stolen items. 

  7. IS THERE A COAT CHECK?
    Yes, complimentary coat check is available for all guests. The coat check will be located near the Gate G entrance. 
    Adcraft/Ford Field is not responsible for lost or stolen items. 

  8. ARRIVAL AND SECURITY CHECKS 
    All guests must enter the venue through Gate G (located on the East side of Ford Field along St. Antoine) and will be subject to a security screening by Ford Field security staff.

    Once you have completed the security screening please proceed to the Adcraft check-in table for ticket scanning. You will need your Universe ticket on your mobile device (or printed ticket) to gain entry. Adcraft volunteers will direct you to the seating chart to assist you in finding your table/seat.

  9. PARKING
    Complimentary parking is provided by our partner, FOX MEDIA, in the Ford Field parking deck located at 1902 St. Antoine. The complimentary parking access code will be emailed to all registered guests (and table captains) the week of the event so please be sure to check you email or your table team captain.

    All guests must enter the venue through Gate G (on the East side of Ford Field along St. Antoine). Please walk through the 1st floor doors at Gate G -- do not walk the 2nd floor crosswalk as you will be asked to turn around and go back through the Gate G entrance. 

  10. HOW DO I FIND MY TABLE/INDIVIDUAL SEAT?
    Seating charts with table numbers will be posted around the venue. Adcraft volunteers will also be available to help you find your table/seat.

    INDIVIDUAL TICKET HOLDERS: If you purchased an individual ticket, seating is on a first come first serve basis at designated tables. 

    RESERVED TABLES: Special reserved seating available for sponsors and guests that purchased tables. Please look for your company name and table number on the seating charts posted around the venue.

  11. IS THERE A DRESS CODE? WHAT SHOULD I WEAR?
    While there is no formal dress code, we would suggest creative business casual attire (keep in mind our President wears some pretty sweet sneakers!)

    Ladies, please be mindful of your dress heels. A large portion of the event will take place on a cobblestone corridor within the venue.
