As Executive Director of The Adcraft Club of Detroit, Lauren will oversee the strategic direction and management of the nonprofit’s key pillars: Events, Networking, Professional Development, Education, Membership and The Adcraft Scholarship Foundation. She will also lead the expansion of Adcraft by identifying key development and growth opportunities with a specific focus on female empowerment, diversity/inclusion training, and Gen Z engagement by spearheading the organizations first-ever high school program. Lauren’s work is fueled by her contagious energy and love for people—community, family, and friends are priorities; Lauren’s projects come packaged with her signature fun, joy, and creativity.
Lauren, a proud graduate of Michigan State University (GO GREEN!), began her career with Detroit’s own Campbell-Ewald and BBDO Detroit, first joining the Adcraft Young Professionals Club in 2005 to help build engagement and connection within the 20 to 30-year-old members of the community.
After a five year stint in Los Angeles where she pursued digital ad sales and a membership with ThinkLA, the city’s media, marketing, and advertising collective, she returned to Detroit in 2012 to continue a successful career managing multiple Midwestern territories, accounts, and agencies. A true connector, she’s eager to work closely and build life-long relationships with the board, members, students, educators and all Adcraft supporters.
