Aaron Shaffer is the Director of Marketing Applied Sciences at General Motors (GM), where he leads a team driving activation, experimentation, measurement, and insights for GM’s iconic brands—including Chevrolet, Cadillac, GMC, and Buick. With over 20 years of leadership across global brands like Starbucks, Nike, VF Corporation, and Farmers Insurance, Aaron has consistently operated at the intersection of technology, data, and customer engagement. At GM, he has built teams that merge marketing expertise with data science, fostering a culture of empowerment, collaboration, and continuous learning. His leadership emphasizes adaptability, inclusivity, and gratitude. Aaron is passionate about the future of vehicles as connected, software-defined experiences and the responsible use of first- and third-party data to drive innovation.

Eran leads the Technology Solutions Group for Amazon Marketing Cloud (AMC) data clean-room. AMC is a collaboration effort with advertiser, agencies and mar-tech vendors to better understand and act on media strategies. Eran oversees the design and delivery of solutions accelerating product growth and improving measurement for 100’s of advertisers.
Prior to that, Eran was Executive Director – Data and Mar-Tech at Omnicom Media Group, where he led the agency data and mar-tech consultancy and strategy. He was also Head the Ad Platforms Global Solutions teams at Yahoo.
Eran brings over 25 years of experience in various fields of CS engineering involving distributed database systems and real-time decisioning. Eran holds a B.S. in Computer Science from the Polytechnic University of NYU and a Master’s degree in Management.

David Perez is a technology and automotive marketing strategist who helps global manufacturers and agencies transform how they use data to drive measurable business outcomes. At S&P Global Mobility (formerly Polk Automotive Solutions), David has partnered with major OEMs—including General Motors, Stellantis, and Audi—to integrate first-party data with third-party insights and cutting-edge customer data platforms, enabling smarter advertising and marketing decisions at scale. Known for blending deep analytics expertise with a passion for client success, David brings over a decade of experience in data-driven marketing, predictive modeling, and audience strategy.
TOM LIBBY
DIRECTOR, LOYALTY & INDUSTRY SOLUTIONS // S&P GLOBAL MOBILITY
Tom Libby serves as Director, Loyalty Solutions and Industry Analysis within Consulting Services at S&P Global Mobility, focusing on the US new and used vehicle industries. In these roles he provides data and analysis to several automotive clients, and he also gives data and commentary to the media. He has more than 30 years of experience in sales, marketing and industry analysis in the US new and used vehicle markets. Tom twice served on the Board of Directors and President of the Society of Automotive Analysts, and he also has served as an adjunct Professor of Market Research at Pepperdine University. Tom holds a Bachelor of Arts in History from Amherst College, Amherst, MA, and an MBA in Marketing from Columbia University, New York.
JOE KYRIAKOZA

Joe Kyriakoza serves as vice president and general manager of the Polk Automotive Solutions business unit at S&P Global Mobility, responsible for the strategy, sales and product functions. Joe's team leads efforts to aid automotive OEMs, dealers, and affiliates to make better decisions and drive stronger results across marketing initiatives by making Polk Automotive Solutions available through all tech and media channels and platforms. Prior to joining S&P Global, Joe served as Oracle Data Cloud's group vice president, North American Brand Sales. He joined Oracle Data Cloud via the Datalogix acquisition, where he spent 4 years as vice president and general manager of Automotive. Prior to Datalogix, Joe spent more than five years at Jumpstart Automotive Group and Hearst (acquired Jumpstart in 2007) in various roles leading product strategy, marketing and national sales. Earlier in his career, Joe was a partner and manager of national digital media initiatives for Ford Motor Media. Joe graduated from University of Detroit Mercy with a B.A. in Communications and resides in the Detroit area. He was a co-founder and president of 313 Digital, the digital community organization for the Detroit area, and former president of the Detroit Advertising Association
