  1. WHERE AND WHEN IS THIS EVENT?
    This event will take place on Tuesday, September 17th at The Garden Theater ( located at 3929 Woodward Ave, Detroit, MI 48201). 

    Doors will open promptly at 5:30PM.

    5:30 PM // Doors Open
    5:30 PM - 6:30PM // Welcome Reception
    *Bar closes at 6:30 and will remain closed during program*
    6:30 PM - 8:30 PM // Program
    8:30 PM - 9:30 PM // Afterglow Reception
    9:30 PM // Event ends 


    Attendee information will be emailed out to all registrants prior to the event.

  2. HOW CAN I PURCHASE A TABLE/TICKET?
    Due to the overwhelming amount of interest and support from the Adcraft community tables are available through sponsorship opportunities only. 

    We have a select number of Individual Theater Seating tickets available for active Adcraft Members at special member rates, available for a limited time. All tickets must be purchased through the event registration page (here). Sorry, tickets are available in advance and online only - NO DOOR SALES.

    There is NO assigned seating for Individual Theater Seating tickets. Seating is first come first served. The earlier you arrive the better your seat.

  3. INDIVIDUAL TICKET HOLDER INFORMATION

      **THIS IS NOT A FORMAL TICKETED EVENT** 

      If you registered for the event through the event page, your name will be added to the Event Registration Report. You will need to provide your name upon check-in at the event. 

  4. SPONSOR TICKET INFORMATION 

    **THIS IS NOT A FORMAL TICKETED EVENT** 

    All sponsors will need to submit their guests names advance. All sponsor guest names will be added to the Event Registration report -- guests will need to provide their name upon check-in at the event. 

    Adcraft volunteers will be available to assist you in finding your table/seat.

  5. FOOD & BEVERAGE

    Guests will enjoy passed appetizers (served between 5:30pm-6:30pm) and afterglow snacks and sweet treats (8:30pm-9:30pm). 

    This is a 21+ event. All guests must have a valid ID as you may be asked by the Garden Theater staff to present it.

  6. IS THERE A COAT CHECK?
    Given the weather forecast for the event date it should be an amazing (warm) evening therefore we will not have a formal coat check for this event, however a coat rack is available for self-serve coat check should guests need it.

    Adcraft/The Garden Theater is not responsible for lost or stolen items. 

  7. HOW DO I FIND MY TABLE/INDIVIDUAL SEAT?

    INDIVIDUAL TICKET HOLDERS: If you purchased an individual ticket, seating is on a first come first serve basis in the designated seating area.

    RESERVED TABLES: Special reserved seating on the main floor will be reserved for sponsors and partners that purchased tables. Please look for your company name and table number on each table. Adcraft volunteers will also be available to help you find your table/seat. 

  8. PARKING & ARRIVAL 
    Complimentary event parking as available in Garden Theater's attached parking garage at the Woodward Gardens Garage (located at W. Alexandrine St. and Woodward Ave). The Woodward Gardens Garage has a limited number of spaces so parking is available to first 100 guests, first come first serve.

    Please note, if you park in the Woodward Gardens Garage the first 3-4 levels are typically reserved for residents and businesses. Be mindful of the reserved parking signs posted on each level.

    Additional self-serve parking is located in lots in the immediate area as well as street parking available through 
    Park Detroit.

    All guests must enter the venue through the main entrance off of Woodward Ave. Upon entering, please proceed to the designated check-in tables. 

  9. IS THERE A DRESS CODE? WHAT SHOULD I WEAR?
    While there is no formal dress code, we would suggest creative business casual attire.


  10. WHAT ARE THE ELEVATE AWARDS AND HOW DO I NOMINATE SOMEONE?
    New this year, Adcraft is excited to announce the inaugural Elevate Awards. This special award will celebrate the individuals who are championing Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion within the Detroit advertising and marketing industry, showcasing their remarkable contributions and inspiring others to follow their lead.
