"Interwoven: How Brand Collabs Are Changing the Game" is Adcraft Detroit's 2026 Spring Event dedicated to spotlighting Detroit brands and the power of collaboration. We will explore the compelling impact of dynamic brand partnerships that spark fresh perspectives, unlock new audiences, and reimagine the way we experience advertising.

 

The event will feature brand speakers, on-site experiences, and activations that blend apparel-related creativity and innovation, showcasing how Detroit's most forward-thinking brands are redefining what it means to collaborate. We will also examine how partnerships between brands, creators, and communities are transforming the way audiences experience commerce and culture.

 

From bold product reimaginings to immersive storytelling moments, Interwoven highlights the future of brand collaboration and its power to shape culture both locally in Detroit and beyond. Join us as we celebrate the connections that are changing the game and redefining what is possible when creativity and community come together.

  1. WHERE AND WHEN IS THIS EVENT?

    This event will take place on Thursday, April 30th at Ford Field (located at 2000 Brush St, Detroit, MI  48226)

    Doors will open promptly at 5PM (doors will not open prior to 5PM). Event timing 5-9PM, program schedule:

    5PM // Doors Open

    5PM-6PM // Welcome Reception
    5:50PM // Program seating begins
    6PM-7:30PM // Program
    7:30PM-9PM // Afterglow
    9PM // Event Ends 


  2. TICKET INFORMATION
    • HOW CAN I PURCHASE A TICKET?
      Tickets are currently sold out and not available for purchase.

    • EACH PERSON MUST HAVE A TICKET FOR ENTRY**

      Please remember to either print and bring your ticket(s) to the event or have them saved to your mobile phone for entry.

      Please note that each ticket has its own QR code which we will be scanning at the door. 
      **DO NOT TRY TO SCAN YOUR QR CODE WITH YOUR MOBILE PHONE FOR TESTING, WE HAVE SPECIAL SCANNERS/APPLICATIONS THAT WORK SPECIFICALLY WITH OUR TICKETS**
    • I PURCHASED A TABLE/INDIVIDUAL TICKET ON THE WEBSITE  BUT NEVER RECEIVED MY TICKET, WHERE IS IT? 

      If you purchased a ticket directly through the Universe (TicketMaster) ticketing platform the ticket should be emailed to you within a few minutes. Please be sure to check your email - and junk mail folders - for your ticket details. All order confirmations are sent from Universe (TicketMaster) with the tickets also included in pdf format. 

      If you still cannot locate your ticket then please send an email to Adcraft Event Manager, Cynthia Lee (cynthia.lee@adcraft.org) and Adcraft Marketing Coordinator, Avery Johnson (ajohnson@adcraft.org) for assistance no later than Wednesday, April 29th.

    • I'M ATTENDING WITH A SPONSOR BUT NEVER RECEIVED MY TICKET, WHERE IS IT?
      All table tickets will be sent to the sponsor's designated "Table Captain" for distribution approximately 4-weeks prior to the event date. Please be sure to reach out to your Sponsor Table Captain for your ticket first.

      Sponsors/Table Captains, please be sure to check your email - and junk mail folders - for your ticket details. All order confirmations are sent from Universe (TicketMaster) with the tickets also included in pdf format. 

      If you still cannot locate your ticket then please send an email to Adcraft Event Manager, Cynthia Lee (Cynthia.lee@adcraft.org) and Adcraft Marketing Coordinator, Avery Johnson (ajohnson@adcraft.org) for assistance no later than Wednesday, April 29th.

      **ATTENTION SPONSOR CAPTAINS**
      We ask that you kindly share this FAQ page and remind your guests to bring their tickets (we do not have a guest list for this event) -- EACH PERSON MUST HAVE A TICKET FOR ENTRY
    • I AM THE SPONSOR TABLE CAPTAIN, BUT ALL THE TICKETS ARE IN MY NAME,  DO I NEED TO CHANGE THE NAME ON EACH TICKET TO MY GUEST NAME? IS IT POSSIBLE FOR ME TO EDIT THE NAME ON EACH TICKET?  

      Each ticket has it's own QR code which we will be scanning at the door so there is no need to change each individual ticket out of the sponsors name to your guest name - your guests will still be able to enter the event with a ticket in your name.

      However, if you prefer to change out the name on each ticket, YES, you can edit each individual ticket name at any time. To edit ticket info:


      LOG IN TO THE UNIVERSE TICKETING PLATFORM
      MOBILE DEVICE// 
      Simply scroll past your ticket QR codes and you will see “Need to view your tickets,” click the “Confirm Your Account” blue button.
      DESKTOP// 
      Scroll down to the very bottom of the email to the very small “log in” text. Click “log in” and log into your Universe account. 

      You will be prompted to log in (or sign up if you haven’t logged in before – but be sure to use the same email that was used to send your tickets).

      ONCE YOU’RE LOGGED IN
      Once logged in, in the upper right corner select “My Tickets” from the drop-down menu.

      On the “My Tickets” page you should see all the tickets in your order – use the “More” button on the right to edit your guest information next to each individual ticket.

      NOTE: This does not automatically send your guest the ticket, it simply edits the information under your account. You will still have control to distribute the tickets.




  3. FOOD & BEVERAGE

    Guests will enjoy a strolling supper (passed appetizers and food stations) during the Welcome Receptions (served between 5:00pm-6:00pm) and again during the Afterglow (8:00pm-9:00pm). 

    This is a 21+ event. All guests must have a valid ID as you may be asked by Ford Field staff to present it.

  4. ARE BAGS ALLOWED? 

    Please avoid bringing work bags and luggage, there is not storage for these items. All guests are responsible for their own personal belongings. 
    Adcraft /Ford Field not responsible for lost or stolen items. 

  5. IS THERE A COAT CHECK?
    Yes, complimentary coat check will be provided. Please avoid bringing work bags, there is no storage for these items.  
    Adcraft/Ford Field  is not responsible for lost or stolen items. 


  6. ARRIVAL AND SECURITY CHECKS 
    All guests must enter the venue through the Woodward Ave entrance. Upon arrival please proceed to the Adcraft check-in table for ticket scanning. You will need your Universe ticket on your mobile device (or printed ticket) to gain entry. 

    Adcraft volunteers will direct you to the seating chart to assist you in finding your table/seat.

  7. PARKING
    Parking for attendees is available in the Ford Field Parking Deck located at 1902 Saint Antoine Street.

  8. HOW DO I FIND MY TABLE/INDIVIDUAL SEAT?
    Seating charts with table numbers will be posted around the venue. Adcraft volunteers will also be available to help you find your table/seat. 


    INDIVIDUAL TICKET HOLDERS: If you purchased an individual ticket, seating is on a first come first serve basis in the main seated row area. 

    RESERVED TABLES: Special reserved seating available for sponsors and guests that purchased tables. Please look for your company name and table number on the seating charts posted around the venue.

  9. IS THERE A DRESS CODE? WHAT SHOULD I WEAR?
    While there is no formal dress code, we would suggest creative business casual attire
