Event Sponsorship

The exposure to the entire Detroit advertising community is unmatched when it comes to sponsoring one of Adcraft's many events. Your company’s name is exposed to advertising professionals long before an event, at the event, and even after the event is done.

Sponsorships are available to meet every budget and marketing need. For those who wish to buy an annual package of sponsorships, we offer percentage discounts off the top for "up front" buys.

Pre-Promotion

  • Placement on specifically designed e-mail blasts, which go out to more than 2,500 Adcraft members and subscribers
  • Event announcement link on the homepage of the Adcraft website
  • Clickable logo on the homepage of the Adcraft website
  • Placement on an event page on the Adcraft website
  • Placement in promotion in the Adcrafter magazine, which goes out to more than 1,800 Adcraft members and subscribers
  • Placement on an event announcement in the e-Adcrafter, an e-mailed version of the Adcrafter magazine, which is sent to more than 2,500 members and subscribers
  • Placement on event flyers that will be distributed to and posted at many agencies and related advertising and sales companies
  • Consistent pre-event Tweeting to get buzz going (more than 500 current Twitter followers)
  • Placement on a unique Facebook event that will be created and publicized, including event reminder messaging that will be sent to the entire Adcraft Facebook group (more than 1,500 current and active members)
  • Posting of a new discussion will be initiated and monitored on the Adcraft LinkedIn page

On-Site Promotion

  • Placement of branded materials at the event
  • Opportunity to give away branded items to attendees
  • Opportunity to network with advertising professionals from all different backgrounds
  • Announcements and Thank You at the event

Post Promotion

  • First right-of-refusal for next year’s event
  • Mention in the event recap article in the next Adcrafter and/or e-Adcrafter
  • Feedback request will be garnered from social media properties on Facebook, LinkedIn and Twitter.
